The alarm rings at
6:00 am and we finish off the strawberries for breakfast and wash it
down with drip filtered coffee. We roll to the local metro station
and 30 minutes later arrive at the Porto airport. The local TAP
staff organise our luggage to go to Hong Kong so we are free to
wander before our Lisbon bound flight leaves on time at 10:00am. In
Lisbon we have coffee and pastry before boarding the Emirates flight
to Dubai and then Hong Kong. As we wander through the Lisbon duty free we see a canned fish shop, offering the weary traveller the opportunity to remember Portugal with a tin of sardines, herring or mackeral.
